My Citrix Desktop user won't connect when I try launching with an rUser

I started up a user via AppLoader. The user is connected in rUserManager. When I go to launch my Citrix Desktop with the user, it won’t connect. The Citrix Desktop window just says “Connecting…”. If I connect to the same user using Remote Desktop Connection instead of rUserManager, the Citrix Desktop connects just fine. Anyone else have this issue?
