I receive too many emails from AppsWatch base, How can I reduce them?

Hi Thomas,

That can be annoying! Here are few you can try:

Don’t set alerts on monitors. The more Applications / BackEnd monitors you have, the greater number of emails you will receive, it is better to set your reaction at service level than the monitors.

Also, create an email-me reaction for different members of the team (i.e. Admin, IT staff and Supervisors), then set Execution On based on the role of the team members.

And, do not create Backend monitoring reaction for CPU/Memory if the VM/Machine is short on resources, it is normal for them to spike frequently during the scenario playback and go back to normal after.
